11. Trust Deed Reference

Mridulashray’s programmes, governance, and fundraising commitments are anchored in the Trust Deed executed on 22 June 2020 on non-judicial stamp paper at Rewari. The deed was declared by Sh. Sunil Kumar Rustagi (s/o Sh. Kishan Lal Rustagi), establishing the Shri Mata Din Sita Devi Rustagi Dhokiwala Trust, Rewari with an initial corpus donation of ₹5,000/-.

The deed mandates service towards nationalism, civic duties, and the upliftment of disadvantaged citizens through education, environment, health, and welfare-focused interventions.
Trustees are authorised to receive additional contributions or grants from individuals, firms, societies, and government bodies aligned with the trust’s objectives.
The corpus and donations are irrevocable and must be used solely for trust-approved programmes.
