About Mridulashray

Neighbors building circles of care

Mridulashray is a people-led trust from Rewari that restores dignity through practical action—reviving schools, supporting Gau Shaala shelters, hosting women-led earning labs, and responding to every call for help with empathy.

The photograph you see is more than a hero image; it captures our volunteers stepping into classrooms, streets, and farms with sleeves rolled up and hearts full of purpose. Every frame echoes our promise: no child, caregiver, or elder is left behind.

Why we exist

The promise that guides our every step

We began as neighbors collecting notebooks for government-school students. That spark spread into stitching classrooms, tree nurseries, cattle shelters, and learning labs for competitive exams. Each initiative was born out of a real request from the community, so we stayed close to the ground and expanded only when the neighborhood was ready to steward it.

Today, Mridulashray leads coordinated efforts with panchayats, school teachers, doctors, and youth leaders. We do not parachute solutions; we embed ourselves until the local team can run independently. That is why our centres feel like home—painted by beneficiaries, stocked by volunteers, and open to anyone seeking dignity.

  • Learning-first interventions Reading rooms, mobile libraries, and mentorship circles equip first-generation learners with confidence and companionship.
  • Care for caregivers Gau Shaala staff, elder-care workers, and women entrepreneurs receive stipends, rest spaces, and mental wellness support.
  • Public systems revived We repair classrooms, refurbish anganwadis, and modernise community halls so government assets shine again.

What we nurture

Four pillars that describe Mridulashray in action

Every pillar is elaborated below so you can understand how the programme feels on the ground—the partners involved, the people served, and the behaviors we encourage everywhere we go.

Environmental Conservation

Rewari Pushp Abhiyaan plants flowering saplings in schools, public parks, and Gaushalas. Children adopt beds, water them daily, and log growth so ecology becomes a lived subject.

Education Support

We renovate classrooms, build libraries, and keep reading rooms open late for aspirants. Volunteers tutor in maths, English, digital skills, and exam strategy.

Social Welfare

Health camps, Silai schools, women collectives, and Gau Shaala care units ensure nourishment, livelihood opportunities, and compassionate shelter.

Community Engagement

We organise local festivals, awareness rallies, and youth fellowships that build unity, celebrate culture, and keep civic responsibility alive.

How the graphic translates into action

From illustration to implementation

The detailed artwork above lives on the walls of our centres. It reminds visitors that Mridulashray is simultaneously planting trees, uplifting classrooms, supporting livelihoods, and strengthening social cohesion. Each quadrant turns into weekly schedules, budgets, and volunteer rosters.

  1. Environmental conservation – Sapling drives, drip-irrigation demos, and composting lessons led by students and farmers.
  2. Education support – Reading mentors, scholarship form filling desks, and digital labs ensuring no learner is left offline.
  3. Social welfare – Health screenings, elder-care visits, women & girl empowerment workshops, and animal relief teams.
  4. Community engagement – Street plays, awareness walks, and cultural evenings that keep neighborhoods informed and inspired.

We elaborate on each point while onboarding partners so expectations are transparent. Supporters receive monthly notes capturing stories, numbers, and the next set of needs emerging from the field.
